1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AtlasGlobal.ai ("Atlas", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GetProp Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Registration No. 1361960) ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). Atlas is a brand name of GetProp Solutions LLC, operated at www.atlasglobal.ai.

2. Description of Service

Atlas is an AI-powered personal operating system designed for founders and entrepreneurs. The Service includes features such as Morning Briefing, Atlas Counsel, Decision Room, Memory Vault, Action Plan, Opportunity Scout, and Workspace management.

Atlas uses artificial intelligence to provide guidance, analysis, and recommendations. All AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, or professional advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Atlas, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access Atlas, you must create an account. You agree to:

provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
maintain and promptly update your account information
keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties
notify us immediately at support@atlasglobal.ai of any unauthorised use of your account
accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Plans

Atlas Core $39/month (1 workspace, 30 Counsel messages/month, 5 Scout searches/month)
Atlas Pro $69/month (3 workspaces, unlimited Counsel and Scout)
Atlas Executive $129/month (unlimited workspaces and all features).

Annual billing available at a rate equivalent to 10 months for all tiers.

5.2 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full Pro access. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.

5.3 Founding Member

The Founding Member price ($39/month on the Pro plan) is available to the first 100 qualifying users only. This is a fixed price on the Pro product and does not apply to the Executive tier.

5.4 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Atlas to:

violate any applicable law or regulation
infringe the intellectual property rights of others
upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure
scrape, copy, or reproduce the Service or its AI outputs for commercial purposes without our consent
use the Service to develop a competing product or service
harass, abuse, or harm other users
provide false information or impersonate another person.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these provisions.

7. AI-Generated Content

Atlas uses artificial intelligence to generate briefings, recommendations, analyses, and other content. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
Atlas is not a substitute for qualified legal, financial, investment, or professional advice
you are solely responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content
we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output
AI outputs should be independently verified before being relied upon for significant decisions.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Atlas is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, software, AI models, features, and content (excluding user-provided content), is owned by GetProp Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you input into Atlas. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GETPROP SOLUTIONS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GETPROP SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetProp Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
