GetProp Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Registration No. 1361960) ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operates AtlasGlobal.ai ("Atlas", "the Service"). Atlas is a brand name of GetProp Solutions LLC, operated at www.atlasglobal.ai.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Service. By using Atlas, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

account information (name, email address, password)
profile information (industry, role, business details entered during onboarding)
business content (decisions, goals, memories, action items, and other data you enter into Atlas)
communications (messages to Atlas Counsel, support requests, correspondence with us)
payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers directly).

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

usage data (features used, pages visited, actions taken)
device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
session data (login times, session duration, interaction patterns)
error and performance data (technical logs used to diagnose issues and improve the Service).

2.3 Information from Third Parties

if you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive your name and email address from Google
payment processors (Stripe) share transaction confirmation and subscription status with us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

create and manage your account
provide and personalise the Atlas Service including AI-generated briefings, counsel, and recommendations
process payments and manage your subscription
send transactional emails such as welcome messages, trial reminders, and support responses
send product updates and service announcements (you may opt out of non-essential communications)
monitor and improve the performance and security of the Service
detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. AI Processing of Your Data

Atlas uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic’s Claude API) to process the content you provide — including your business context, decisions, and goals — in order to generate personalised responses, briefings, and recommendations.

Your content is sent to Anthropic’s API solely for the purpose of generating AI responses within the Service. Your personal data is never used to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase’s infrastructure hosted in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
encryption at rest
row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data
regular automated backups with point-in-time recovery
access controls limiting employee access to personal data to what is necessary.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

7. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information with:

service providers including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI), PostHog (analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring) — these providers are contractually bound to use your data only to provide their services to us
legal authorities if required by law, court order, or government authority
and in the event of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, with advance notice to you.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Atlas uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

maintain your logged-in session
remember your preferences such as light or dark mode
collect analytics data to understand how the Service is used.

We use PostHog for product analytics to collect usage data including pages visited and features used, solely to improve the Service. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not function correctly without them.

9. Your Rights

You may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

access (request a copy of your data)
correction (request correction of inaccurate data)
deletion (request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements)
portability (request your data in a portable format)
objection (object to certain uses of your data)
withdrawal of consent (where processing is based on consent).

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. International Data Transfers

Atlas is operated by GetProp Solutions LLC, registered in Dubai, UAE. Your data may be processed and stored in the United States via our infrastructure providers. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

12. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

14. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
